We don’t have a flat delivery fee because every event is unique! Our delivery pricing is based on your order total, venue location, and logistics such as delivery and pick-up windows, accessibility, and special handling requirements. Each order receives a custom delivery estimate, with the final delivery fee confirmed once all event details are finalized.
Yes! We offer Will Call pick-up and return from our warehouse in Oceanside. Our Will Call hours are Monday – Friday from 9AM - 12PM & 2PM-4PM (weekends are unavailable for pick-ups or returns). There are no minimum order requirements or delivery fees for Will Call orders. Most items are eligible for pick-up, though a few specialty pieces may require delivery.
Yes! We update our website regularly to ensure our rental catalog reflects our most current inventory. If you don’t see something, feel free to ask—we’re always adding new pieces!
To secure your rentals, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. We’re unable to hold items without payment.
Yes, we charge a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments. To avoid this fee, we offer ACH and check payment options—just make sure payments are received and cleared before delivery.
Since furniture and tabletop rentals are managed separately, delivery fees are calculated individually. However, when you rent from both brands, we offer a shared delivery discount of 50% to help offset costs. This accounts for the additional space and handling required for tabletop rentals during transport, set-up, and pick-up.
