We don’t have a flat delivery fee because every event is unique! Our delivery pricing is based on your order total, venue location, and logistics such as delivery and pick-up windows, accessibility, and special handling requirements. Each order receives a custom delivery estimate, with the final delivery fee confirmed once all event details are finalized.

Yes! We offer Will Call pick-up and return from our warehouse in Oceanside. Our Will Call hours are Monday – Friday from 9AM - 12PM & 2PM-4PM (weekends are unavailable for pick-ups or returns). There are no minimum order requirements or delivery fees for Will Call orders. Most items are eligible for pick-up, though a few specialty pieces may require delivery.

Yes, our order minimums vary based on location and the type of rentals:
  • Folklore Furniture Rentals: $1,000 minimum for delivery (excluding delivery fees). Minimums may increase for locations outside San Diego County.
  • Tabletop Rentals (Catalog Orders): $500 minimum for delivery (excluding delivery fees). Minimums may increase for locations outside San Diego County.
  • Mixed Orders (Furniture + Tabletop Rentals): The order must meet the Folklore minimum for the venue/location.

Yes! We update our website regularly to ensure our rental catalog reflects our most current inventory. If you don’t see something, feel free to ask—we’re always adding new pieces!

To secure your rentals, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. We’re unable to hold items without payment.

Yes, we charge a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments. To avoid this fee, we offer ACH and check payment options—just make sure payments are received and cleared before delivery.

Our tabletop damage fee is a standard, non-refundable charge that helps cover minor damage or loss, such as broken glassware or stained napkins. Since it’s rare for a tabletop order to return without any damage, this fee eliminates the need for additional charges after your event. However, if damages exceed the fee paid, an additional charge may apply to cover the replacement costs.

Since furniture and tabletop rentals are managed separately, delivery fees are calculated individually. However, when you rent from both brands, we offer a shared delivery discount of 50% to help offset costs. This accounts for the additional space and handling required for tabletop rentals during transport, set-up, and pick-up.

Taxation depends on how the item was sourced:
  • Taxable: Items we fabricate in-house or purchase wholesale.
  • Non-Taxable: Items purchased retail where tax has already been paid.
  • Your invoice will reflect the subtotal of taxable items accordingly.

Yes! If your event spans multiple days or requires early setup, we’re happy to accommodate. Additional rental days are available at a discounted rate—just let us know your event timeline, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs.
